I offer individual and family therapy in both English and Spanish. I enjoy working primarily from a relational, psychodynamic, and liberation-informed approach. However, I bring in other treatment modalities, such as CBT and Narrative Therapy, as there is value in adapting to your needs and presenting concerns. I value centering cultural attunement and the belief that healing and justice are inseparable which means that I work towards paying close attention not just to what's happening internally, but to how systems, culture, and history may be shaping your experiences. I specialize in trauma, immigration-related trauma, and culturally responsive care. I enjoy working with clients of diverse backgrounds, but as a Latina, I have particular specialization in serving Latine and immigrant communities which has personal and professional significance for me. ____________________________________________________________________________________________Ofrezco terapia individual y familiar tanto en inglés como en español. Disfruto trabajar principalmente desde un enfoque relacional, psicodinámico, y liberador. Sin embargo, incorporo otras modalidades de tratamiento, como la Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual (TCC) y la Terapia Narrativa, ya que hay valor en adaptarme a tus necesidades. Yes. We offer therapy in both English and Spanish so you can choose the language that feels most comfortable and supportive. Maybe a little Spanglish too 🙂Language carries culture, memory, and emotion in ways that don't always translate. So, being able to speak in the language that feels most natural to you allows for a deeper, more authentic therapeutic experience. ____________________________________________________________________________________________Sí. Ofrecemos terapia tanto en inglés como en español para que puedas elegir el idioma que te resulte más cómodo y de mayor apoyo. Tal vez un poco de Spanglish también 🙂El idioma lleva cultura, memoria, y emoción de formas que no siempre se pueden traducir. Por eso, poder hablar en el idioma que te resulte más natural permite una experiencia terapéutica más profunda y auténtica.

I accept credit cards and private pay only. I do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.____________________________________________________________________________________________Acepto tarjetas de crédito y pago privado únicamente.
